This is the only Papa Murphy's I have ever been to so this review if for this location only. I can't tell you how many times I have ordered a pizza from them and upon arrival they look like deer caught in the headlights. Not only is the order not ready, they are completely clueless. Typical conversation: Them: "Could it be under another name?" Me: "No. Them: "Did you order a pizza?" Me: "No. I ordered an iguana." Them: "We'll put one together really fast for you." I am not joking. I don't know what type of process this place uses to actually take orders, understand what the order is, and make the desired produce but that process is utterly broken (if one exists at all). Why do I torture myself and go back here after several failed attempts? Good question. I think it's my optimism that human beings can learn from their mistakes and remedy problems. This Papa Murphy's is incapable (or unwilling) to do this.

Growing up, I saw those Papa Murphy's commercials, but I always wondered why in the world someone would order a pizza they had to pick up. and then bake!? Didn't make sense. Of course I'm older and wiser now, and I was schooled by some coworkers to just TRY it. Now I won't have anything else. The ingredients are FRESH! I always get the Gourmet Vegetarian with red sauce instead of the garlic sauce. The other day I called ahead as I was out the door and forgot to order it with my special preference. When I got to the drive thru, I asked the staff person if I could just have a little cup of red sauce and offered to pay for it too. He said, "Oh no don't worry about it. We'll just make you a new one, it will take us five minutes." This was at the peak of rush hour, mind you. I have to say, my other favorite thing about this particular PM's is the pleasant staff. These are all kids, who I would expect to have a little bit of 'tude. But they don't. They are all just good kids who have fun and work really hard. I'm so glad I found this place to satisfy my pizza cravings!

Don't get me wrong, I love a good Papa Murphy's pizza, but service there tonight was abysmal. I ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread. The first pizza was ready in about three minutes. I had to remind them I had ordered two. Then it took another fifteen minutes to get me the rest of my order. Staff seemed frantic and very unorganized, but even so, the pizzas were delicious and this particular location seemed a lot cleaner than some of the other locations I've been to.

I enjoy Papa Murphy's pizza. They are never skimpy on the toppings, and the price is super cheap!! For instance, I bought a 5 meat stuffed pizza, it's Canadian bacon, pepperoni, Italian Sausage, crispy bacon, ground beef, pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Lots of meat sandwiched between two crusts with a braided crust. I bought a large for $11. At this particular location, if you call in your order, you can pick it up at the drive thru. You can't place an order at the drive-up, it's for pick up only. With that said - the staff at this particular location have very inappropriate conversations in front of customers. And the last time I called in my order, the gal who answered the phone sounded "high" - it took her a minute to say "Hello" after answering, and while taking my order she was giggling. Buy your next pizza at any Papa Murphy's, lots of food, for notsa lotsa money! :)

This is the worst Papa Murphy's that has ever existed. It's super convenient for me - and generally I love PM pizza - but this location drives me insane. I don't want to give them my business even. I call and talk to a dead fish on the phone every single time, when I arrive they never know what I'm talking about or what they're doing, it's like what the hell? You work in a pizza shop ? It's not that hard guys. Get a little customer service.

We have always loved Papa Murphy's pizzas for its unbeatable prices, fast service, and feeling that "take-and-bake is pretty much like we made it from scratch right?" feeling that you can't get from a typical pizza joint. We've always liked everything we've ordered, too. Our last trip here, though, for two large pizzas (chicken garlic and a combo) was a disappointment that lingered. We thought we'd save ourselves a night cooking and grab pizzas for a game night with friends but I wish we would've chosen differently. The price was right and the service was fast (you never wait more that 5-7 minutes even when you order there). But it was the quality of these pizzas that left us wanting. The dough was totally bland - even eating the crusts dipped in ranch dressing was a terrible experience - and neither pizza was anything even remotely good. Plus, both my husband and I had ill-feelings in our stomachs for a couple days after. We could barely even eat the leftovers and ended up throwing most of it away. At least at Little Caesars the greasy pies taste good so you can remember it fondly when you're suffering indigestion later. Was this just a fluke day? Or was something off with their cheese? Who knows - but it was disappointing enough that we might not come here again for a long while. They always honor coupons (even if expired) and that is a nice touch, but next time we'll splurge for The Pie or at least Pizza Hut for our poor friends - and our poor stomachs.
